The mission of the Chamber is to form communication networks for the sustainable development of the business of its members at the regional, national, and international levels through the provision of services and comprehensive support.

Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established in 1964 in Donetsk (since August 2014, it has been located in Kramatorsk).

Donetsk CCI - the most influential business association in the region, organically integrated into the national and global ecosystem of the Chambers; network of business contacts and highly qualified experts; the consolidated voice of business and a universal communication platform for the development of the regional economy.

Donetsk CCI unites and represents the interests of enterprises and organizations of the region. Its main task is to create favorable conditions for SME development.

There are five specialized committees based on the Donetsk CCI. The membership base of the Donetsk CCI includes almost 900 enterprises. 92% of them are small and medium-sized businesses.

The CCI provides a wide range of business services to meet the needs of full members and customers of the Donetsk CCI, in particular:

  • information (current business information, commercial offers, search for partners, price information);
  • examination services;
  • protection (legal support, resolution of business conflicts, mediation, services in the field of intellectual property, legal consulting in the field of land relations);
  • foreign economic activity services (customs declaration, customs terminal services, translations, organization and administration of a wide range of business activities);
  • business training services.

Implemented projects

The range of services of the Donetsk CCI is expanding. There has been developed a unique portal Export-UA - a roadmap for successful exports for entrepreneurs. The geography of international business relations of the region's business continues to expand step by step. The Chamber regularly organizes road missions of Ukrainian entrepreneurs abroad.

The Donetsk CCI is distinguished for its proactive position on participation in projects and programs of international cooperation and assistance. Over the last 5 years, more than 10 grant projects have been implemented with the support and in partnership with Eurochamber, GIZ, UNDP, DIHK, USAID ERA, EBRD, SIDA, CIPE.
